     Since I was a small child, helping others is something I always took great pleasure in.  My entire adult career has been in the helping field, and I count it a privilege to be able to help people make positive changes in their lives. It can be difficult to ask for help and I honor the strength and courage it takes to do so. I am very down to earth, incorporate humor whenever possible, and my therapeutic style is supportive, authentic and collaborative. 

     Together we will work on whatever obstacles you are facing in an approach that best fits your needs and well-being. Because helping you meet your goal(s) is my number one priority, my approach is challenging yet empathetic and affirming. When our work together is done, it is my sincere hope that you leave with the necessary tools to face whatever challenges come your way.
